Registration 2012 Dates & Fees
Early bird fee: before April 30th - $50
Regular fee: May 1-31 - $65
Late fee: on or after June 1 - $80
This year there is an additional league-jersey option (quality wicking type). They are not reversible, so both a white and blue is ideal. They will have the same logo as the league standard reversible jerseys, its your choice. Note: The jerseys are provided at the field after June 1st, they will not be shipped to you
Registration
Please choose the appropriate registration instructions which will depend on whether you are a NEW GBU PLAYER or a RETURNING PLAYER.
NEW GBU Players
First you will have to register with the ODSA (Ontario Disc Sports Association) which provides you with insurance & other benefits.
1. Visit the website www.ondisc.org
2. Click on the 'register' link along the left hand side of the screen
3. Select membership option 'Ultimate Organization Club Member 18yrs & up'
4. Fill in names and select 'Georgian Bay Ultimate' from the Ultimate Groups drop down box
5. Under Membership Selection, select 'Insurance - Paid by Club' (you will not be asked to pay for anything)
6. Fill in all relevant membership info, accept the waiver and click register. You will be sent to a page that says, Thank you for submitting your membership dues. Membership dues are an investment in the organization and your own member experience. This doesn't mean you have signed up for the Georgian Bay Ultimate League it just indicates that you have a membership with the ODSA. Please continue on with the instructions below to register for GBU.
7. Check your email and verify your ODSA registration
In order to register for GBU you will need to be signed into the ODSA site using your username and password. You will need either a pay pal account or credit card to register for the season. If you don't have either continue with registering for the event but write down your answers to the questions & email them to georgianbayultimate@gmail.com & bring your money to the field.
1. Either go to http://www.ondisc.org/events/event_list.asp or in the side panel on the right hand side where it says 'Calendar & Events ' click on ' (more) '
2. Scroll down until you see Georgian Bay Ultimate Summer 2012 Recreational League
3. Then click on Georgian Bay Ultimate Summer 2012 Recreational League. Login if you aren't already logged in.
4. Click on Register for This Event
5. Choose the appropriate registration fee and preferred jersey and fill in all information

6. Checkout using credit card or paypal --> If you do not get to a page where you pay you have done something wrong!!

Returning Players
ODSA Expiring Membership
Returning players should have or will receive an email from the ODSA that your membership is expiring or when you sign in to the ODSA website you will see an expiry date EVEN if you have registered again for this year. The ODSA membership runs for 12 months & their computer system will automatically generate an email reminding you to register again EVEN if you have already done so for the coming ultimate season. If you have already registered please ignore this email.
If you haven't already renewed your ODSA Membership
1. Go to the ODSA website renewal page
2. Login
3. On the right hands side of the page under 'My Profile' click 'Membership Info' then on 'Securely Renew Your Membership Now'. If you see a link for 'Securely Renew Your Membership Now' after logging in click on it.4. Choose 'Insurance - Paid by Club' for Ultimate Organization Club Members 18 yrs & up from the drop down list. Make sure all the information is correct.
5. You will need to accept the terms for this year (for Insurance Terms/Waiver purposes).
